Although I didn't end up purchasing this time around, Elizabeth Sweet was very helpful well I was looking to purchase a Jetta. The Trade price just wouldn't work for me, but I was told a different avenue by the sales Manager that did work out. So, they couldn't help me but, in the end, they actually did put me in the right direction and all worked out great. So just wanted to give kudos where they are due. I will stop back in the future when I'm ready to buy.

Liz is absolutely incredible! As someone who has never financed or leased a vehicle, Liz made me feel so comfortable in a situation that I always feared would be intimidating. Top-notch experience! We left with not one, but two Taos vehicles. We worked with Tyler and he was AMAZING! He was very personable, understanding to our needs, and easy to work with. You can tell that he has a great deal of work ethic which will benefit this dealership for years to come. There wasn’t a lot of back and forth in terms of negotiating. The Sales Manager, John, was outstanding as he worked alongside Tyler to help us find the models/colors we were looking for as they did not have them in stock at the time. I think that everyone dreads the car buying experience due to the fact that some salesman can be super pushy. We are grateful that this was not our experience. I have been so happy with this service location. They were proactive in reaching out to me to schedule an appointment for a recall. At the same time, they also inquired about other appointments I may need. I felt very well attended to. When I went in for the appointment, they were knowledgeable about the repair, and efficient so that I was not waiting for a long period.

Ian was our salesperson, and we couldn’t have had a better experience!! Ian was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and found us the perfect fit in a car. It didn’t feel like we were being sold to, but that we were shopping with a friend. Conor helped us with financing, and made us feel like we got the best price and weren’t being over sold. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and will for sure recommend Preston to our friends and family, and be back again!
