The locking lug on my vw r32 stripped, I walked in shop uninvited for help and was treated very nicely by a younger technician and the older gentleman technician went above and beyond to help me get the locks off. Very much appreciate friendly and helpful people as it is rare nowadays. 5 stars.

The salesman Ian and the Used car Manager worked miracles to get me into a VW. The was no double talk, empty promises, just honest old courtisy salesman ship. My fathere sold Chryslers in the Fifties and was never harrassed or did any harrassing, lying to get a sale. These two men at VW of Boardman deserve praise.

Had to take my VW in because the Oil light came on. Please note: my car is only a year and a half old, wasn't due for an oil change and I also hadn't hit the miles needed for an oil change, so it was nothing I did. They were able to get me in for service the same week and I told them, I would wait for my car. I was waiting about 15-20 minutes when the guy came out and said I was done. I first went to the Volkswagen of boardman website to schedule my maintenance and had difficulty with the website. Once I figured it out they price online quoted me for was 200 for the maintenance plus package. When I arrive at the should it was 380 with tax putting me at 420. While this wasn't an issue because the gentleman taking care of me was able to split my payments between my credit card and bank card it was a little discouraging as I was not expecting to charge my credit card.
My front passenger side tire was losing air. The service dept squeezed me into the schedule and determined it was due to damage to the wheel. They ordered a replacement and the following day the new wheel was installed. I was happy with the experience.
